Logistics Warehouse Floor Restoration — 25,000 m²

An existing concrete floor in a large logistics warehouse required complete restoration before handover to a new occupier. The floor presented worn surfaces, heavy soiling and obsolete line markings from previous operations that needed to be fully removed.

Works included mechanical removal of all existing floor markings, followed by a complete surface restoration programme using the RINOL DRT polished concrete system: surface grinding, progressive mechanical polishing, densification and sealing. The treatment restored the floor to a clean, uniform, low-maintenance condition suitable for immediate use by the incoming occupier.
