A newly constructed electronics assembly and logistics facility required surface treatment on its freshly laid concrete floor before operations began. The new concrete was generating dust — an unacceptable condition in an environment where cleanliness and air quality are critical.

The RINOL DRT polished concrete system was applied across the full 4,000 m²: mechanical polishing, densification and sealing. The treatment closed the surface pores, eliminated dust generation and delivered a clean, hard-wearing floor with improved light reflectance — meeting the operational requirements of an electronics assembly environment from day one.
