A newly installed concrete floor in an electronics component production plant required treatment before the facility became operational. The production environment imposed strict requirements for dust control, surface cleanliness and floor durability.

The RINOL DRT polished concrete system was applied across the entire 7,000 m² production area: mechanical polishing, densification and sealing. The process eliminated surface porosity, prevented dust generation and produced a clean, uniform floor finish compatible with the hygiene and performance standards of electronics component manufacturing.
